All Marten-co caps include a detailed size chart on each product page, with many styles featuring adjustable straps or stretch bands designed to accommodate most head sizes. Shipping & Tracking
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high order volumes, Marten-co is currently experiencing slightly extended processing times. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once your order is dispatched, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days, while international shipments generally arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on your location. How can I track my order?
Once your Marten-co order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor your order's progress in real-time through the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, or if you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at shop@marten-co.com.
Returns & Exchange
How can I return an item?
Marten-co accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not charge a restocking fee. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at shop@marten-co.com immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to submit a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at shop@marten-co.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (required for sizing issues, damages, or defects)
Our team will review your request and respond promptly with return authorization and detailed instructions.
Important: Do not send returns to the sender address printed on the package, as it will not be processed. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping any items back to Marten-co.
What if my items arrives damaged or defective?
If your Marten-co cap arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at shop@marten-co.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review your case promptly. If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will offer a full refund or replacement based on your preference, at no cost to you. Return shipping will be covered by Marten-co for all verified defects or damages.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed to your original payment method. Once Marten-co receives and inspects your returned item, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are sent directly to your card-issuing bank and typically appear on your statement within 7–10 business days, though processing times may vary by financial institution.
Other Payment Methods: Refunds to PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets are generally processed within the same timeframe.
